As Your Buyer's Agents We Will:
1. Pre-qualify you to determine your "Purchasing Power" and assist you in obtaining a "pre-qualification" letter from the lender of your choice.

3. Offer a sampling of homes, styles, and floor plans in your areas of interest.
4. Provide all of the information on community amenities, schools - both public and private, public services, shopping, medical facilities, and houses of worship in whatever areas you choose.
5. Review the purchasing procedures in our area. They may be vastly different than those in your hometown.
6. Review all of the necessary forms, agreements, and disclosures with you so that you have a good idea of what you will be asked to sign once you have found your dream home.

11. Provide you with an orientation of all new construction in the area, if you are interested.
